Live Music: Cody Culp
Cody Culp is an independent Texas country singer-songwriter based out of Temple, Texas.
A multi-instrumentalist recognized for playing acoustic guitar, dobro, and harmonica, he has become a staple of the Central Texas live music scene.
In addition to his solo performances, Culp performs heavily as half of the acoustic duo Central Texas Southern Boys alongside musician Hank Edward Cosper, blending country, Texas blues, and classic rock. He has written and recorded original Texas country tracks such as “Texas Queen” and “Heart on Fire”.
Over the years, he has built a local footprint by performing at venues like the Historic Cotton Exchange, Dead Fish Grill on Lake Belton, and O’Brien’s Irish Pub, as well as dedicating his music to community events and the SOTC Cowboy Church.
