Astronomy Lab in the Park
A small group hands-on astronomy instructional session, all telescopes and equipment provided. Suitable for Adults, Teens, and Families.
Come join us at the Lakeway City Park for an evening of fun! This is a small group astronomy lesson using a variety of telescopes. Focusing on the Moon, double stars, nebula, star clusters, globular clusters, and galaxies.
Participants may bring their own telescopes or share with up to 3 other participants. For ages 10 and older, youth under age 16 will need to be accompanied by adult. Classes will meet down by the volleyball courts for best viewing!
Classes will meet at the Lakeway City Park down by the volleyball courts for best viewing. Feel free to bring a chair if you would like!
