This instructor-led, classroom-based training combines engaging video instruction with hands-on practice to teach the critical skills needed in the moments before emergency medical services arrive.

Participants will learn how to assess emergencies, perform adult CPR, use an AED, and respond to choking, as well as handle common first aid situations.

The Stop the Bleeding portion of the course provides essential, hands-on training to recognize life-threatening bleeding and take immediate action using direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquets.

Whether at home, at work, or in the community, this course empowers you with the knowledge and skills to step in, stay calm, and potentially save a life. No prior experience needed.
