A Night With The Austin Symphony Orchestra

The City of Lakeway is excited to announce the return of the Austin Symphony Orchestra in collaboration with talented musicians from Lake Travis High School for the sixth annual “A Night with the Austin Symphony Orchestra.”

The performance takes place on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 4 p.m. at the Lake Travis Performing Arts Center.

Maestro Peter Bay with the Austin Symphony Orchestra will conduct the performance with participation by Anna Macias, director of orchestras and Richard Hicks, director of bands for Lake Travis High School.

New this year, the Lake Travis High School Choir, led by Adam Poynor, will also join the performance. The 52-student Varsity Mixed Choir will sing a Capella performing “Vamuvamba” by Mganga.
