Live Music: Nic Whitworth

Nic Whitworth is a Central Texas musician, producer, pianist, guitarist, and vocalist based in Georgetown who performs regularly throughout the Austin area.

A graduate of the University of North Texas, he established himself early in the Dallas–Fort Worth music scene, earning a nomination for Keyboard Player of the Year at just 20 years old.

He later spent more than a decade touring nationally and internationally as a studio and live musician, performing alongside acclaimed Texas artists including Willie Nelson, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Pat Green, Gary P. Nunn, and Steve Fromholz.

Comfortable on both piano and guitar, his live performances blend classic rock, country, Americana, singer-songwriter material, and Texas favorites with polished musicianship developed through decades of touring and studio work.
