CPR and First Aid Class

FIRST AID WITH CPR/AED FOR ADULT & CHILD & INFANT CPR: You never know when an emergency may arise and being prepared and knowing the basics could save your neighbor or your loved one’s life. This program will cover adult & child emergency care so you will be more comfortable and confident in an emergency situation. When you have completed this class, you will receive certifications for AED/CPR and FIRST AID through the American Safety and Health Institute.

This CPR/First Aid class is designed specifically for laypeople. This class includes: CPR for Adult/Children/Infants, use of AED, and choking. This class uses mannequins with auditory and visual feedback for training in accuracy for depth and speed of compressions. Participants will work in small groups and have ample time to practice their skills on the mannequins. The First Aid portion of class provides education on many emergencies with emphasis on: Epipen use, seizures, bleeding, and compression bandages. Upon course completion, participants will receive a digital certification card that is valid for 2 years from the month of the course.
