This place was wonderful and convenient! I don’t have access to this service where I live, so I googled places while I was in town and filled out a quote request on two websites. First one that called me back was Austin Windshiels, the only one, in fact! The guy was super helpful and knowledgeable – i wanted an upgrade – and the tech came out the next day to replace it and recalibrate the cameras. It was so easy and they did their part on the insurance quickly as well. Ir was more affordable than I expected, actually. I put this off for a couple of years, but AW made it easy and stress-free.

Highly recommend Austin Windshields for any auto glass repair. I contacted them to replace my BMW 3 series windshield which had a large crack right across the middle. Jay was quick to respond with a reasonable quote and answered all the questions I had. I called him on a Monday and he asked if he could schedule my appointment for the next day but given it wasn’t working for me, he moved it to Wednesday 🙂 The technician Alonzo was prompt, professional and wonderful to talk to! He did a great job with putting the new windshield, transferring the registration and TX tag stickers as well as the recalibration. I’m so glad I decided to choose a local business over Safelite! Austin Windshield was incredible to work with! We submitted our claim after hours on a Thursday night and they called us first thing Friday morning at 8:05 to get everything scheduled. The person who booked the appointment was friendly, helpful and really made the process feel effortless. They originally told us Monday would be the sure date they could come out but that they would try to fit us in on Friday. Not only did they try, they succeeded! They came out the same day!

Our technician, Alonzo, was fantastic! Professional, kind, and clearly skilled at what he does. He replaced our Jeep Wrangler windshield quickly and the quality of the work was outstanding.

The entire experience was fast, easy, and truly above and beyond. Highly recommend Austin Windshield. If you need glass work done, call them. You will be glad you did!

These guys are the best in town. Had a small crack in the windshield, called for a quote (best price of anyone I checked with, including big corporate names), and I had a VERY small window of availability. They were able to work me in within the hour, repair the issue before the cold weather could potentially make it worse, and gave me back at work on time. AND both of the people I spoke to were awesome. I’ll definitely be calling them if I ever need a windshield repaired again!

Fantastic customer service and pricing. Had my driver’s side window bashed out on the green belt. I first got an estimate from Lexus, and Austin Windshields was able to do it for over 60% cheaper! Plus they came to my work to do it immediately. Super nice manager that arranged it, and excellent installer who did excellent work. Highly recommend!
