A good bowl of noodles is like a comfort-food hug.

There are countless different types of noodles and noodle dishes found in cuisines across the world.

This class will focus on four wonderful Asian noodle dishes, each made with a different type of noodle.

Your menu includes: Sesame Soba Noodle Salad; Stir-Fried Sweet Potato Noodles; Glass Noodle Chicken Soup; and Beef with Flat Wide Rice Noodles. (Have we mentioned that this class is about noodles?)
